Leading from the Middle: An Introduction

Several years ago, I asked google a simple question. How do you define leadership? 

The journey that simple question has led me to create Leading from the Middle. An idea that we are a leaders no matter our role. 

This book shares my story on how I came to ask that question and introduce what leading from the middle is about, share what building blocks are involved in the great circle of life and how you, right now, are a leader.
